With animal welfare chicken

For MERA Cats we use meat from chickens of the Initiative Tierwohl. The animals benefit from more living space and occupational materials and are thus allowed to act out their natural behaviours.

MERA is sustainable

All MERA Cats products are Co2 neutral. Not only the production at the Kevelaer site is Co2 neutral. All other CO2 emissions that are unavoidable in the value chain are calculated and offset through recognized climate protection projects in cooperation with Climate Partner.

Recyclable packaging

Our MERA Cats packaging is made from fully recyclable plastic. Due to the use of so-called mono-material, our bags can be completely recycled after use and thus be reused, for example, for the production of watering cans or drinking bottles.

Composition

Chicken protein (dried, among other things. 20% from "Initiative Tierwohl" - farms), fresh salmon (14%), potato flakes, peas, potato starch, poultry fat, poultry protein hydrolysate, lignocellulose (3.5%), beet pulp desugared, linseed, salmon oil (0.7%), brewer's yeast (dried), minerals, sunflower oil, chicory inulin, yucca schidigera (0.02%).

Protein 32%, Fat content 18%, Crude fibre 4%, Crude ash 8,5%, Calcium 1,5%, Phosphorus 1,15%, Sodium 0,5%, Magnesium 0,1%.

Nutritional additives: Vitamin A 16.000IE, vitamin D3 1.600IE, vitamin E 300mg, vitamin C 100mg, taurine 2.000mg, copper (as copper (II) sulphate, pentahydrate) 15mg, zinc (as zinc sulphate, monohydrate) 130mg, iron (as iron (II) sulphate, monohydrate) 220mg, manganese (as manganese (II) sulphate, monohydrate) 35mg, iodine (as calcium iodate, anhydrous) 1.8mg, selenium (as sodium selenite) 0.4mg.

Technological additives: Antioxidant.

Feeding instructions:

The complete feed is generally fed dry.
Make sure that your cat always has access to fresh water.

Energy content: metabolisable energy (according to FEDIAF, 2017) 16,25 MJ/kg. The recommended information are guide values per day, which have to be adapted to the cat’s external influences and structures.
